This S.H. Figuarts -Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku (mini) 'Daima'- from 2025 brings us the character in his mini version transformed into SSJ4, just as we saw in Dragon Ball Daima. Its design and sculpt are completely new, and it uses a Kid 3.5 joint system that gives it great scale and mobility. Additionally, it includes accessories for mini Goku in base form and a Kame-Hame-Ha.
This articulated figure —Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku (mini) 'Daima'— was released in 2025 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being figure number 204 in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
If we look at all the Goku figures released so far, it is true that we have had the SSJ4 Goku figure from DB GT for several years, but with the controversial Dragon Ball Daima and Toriyama’s sketches, we got SSJ4 back with a renewed design more characteristic of the master. We can see changes in colors and outfit, with larger, disproportionate arms and hands giving him a more simian appearance.
The design and sculpt of this figure are completely new and original, and although it may seem it reuses the legs from base form Goku 'mini', they are different and new because this figure uses a different joint system: Kid 3.5, an intermediate state between Kid 3.0 and Kid 4.0, which can be seen in the knee joint and the retention of the chest joint.
For those unfamiliar with this numbering, it goes like this:
Kid 1.0: body like Kid Goku (2018)
Kid 2.0: bodies like Chaoz (2021) or Vegeta 'mini' (2024)
Kid 3.0: Goku GT figure
Kid 4.0: used in Goku 'mini' and Piccolo 'mini'
This numbering is original to Listacompletade.com.
Regarding accessories, aside from hands and faces, the most notable is its Kame-Hame-Ha!, a new design imitating the one seen in the anime when facing King Gomah—spectacular.
Also, as is now standard with Dragon Ball SHFs, this Tamashii Web Exclusive edition includes pieces for the regular Goku 'mini' version, in this case, a pair of hands with ki attacks.
From listacompletade.com, this is a figure we recommend 100%, both for design and character representation, and realistically, it is the best Daima has brought us.
