This S.H. Figuarts – Son Goku Kaio-Ken '180,000 Power Level' brings us Namek Saga Goku using Kaio-Ken. This figure is an identical clone of the one released in 2020, but with a recolor featuring a matte finish instead of glossy. It was sold exclusively in the USA during 2023; otherwise, it is identical in every way: sculpt, 2.0 body, and accessories.
This articulated figure – Son Goku Kaio-Ken '180,000 Power Level' – was released in 2023 as a region-exclusive, sold only in the USA. It is figure number 156 in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
Like most Goku 2.0 figures, it shares the same body and sculpt, and this one is an exact clone of the 2020 Kaio-Ken Goku. Same body, sculpt, and accessories; the only difference is the 2020 version has pearlescent colors, while this one has a matte finish.
There are other Goku figures in base form using Kaio-Ken, but those use the 1.0 body and represent the Saiyan saga. This version represents the Namek saga, distinguished mainly by the kanji on his clothing: on Namek he wears Goku’s kanji, while in the Saiyan saga he wears the Kaioh Sama and Kame Sennin kanji.
The figure’s accessories are typical for a regular figure: some faces and hands, plus the hairpiece with wind or ki effect. But as mentioned, these are the same accessories that came with the 2020 figure.
From listacompletade.com, we recommend this figure if you find it at a good price and don’t own the 2020 version. Between the two, we prefer this one for its matte finish.
