This S.H. Figuarts "Beerus 'Event Exclusive Color Edition'", released exclusively for sale at the 2021 Comic Con @ Home, is essentially a re-release of the figure originally launched in 2016 with a more vibrant recoloring. Its body and joints are of the 1.5 type, and it includes virtually no accessories aside from a few faces and a handful of hands.

Details and curiosities about this 2021 Beerus figure
This articulated Beerus figure was released exclusively for the 2021 Comic Con @ Home, with an 'Event Exclusive Color Edition' run, being figure number 107 in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
Comic Con @ Home was the name given to the SDCC events while we faced mobility restrictions and social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Like most event-exclusive figures, this is a re-release of the original figure launched in 2016. In fact, the only differences between this and the original are the packaging and the coloring, with this version featuring more intense tones.
Its accessories, like the original, are sparse, equivalent to those of a regular low-cost figure today: a few hands and faces.
Regarding its sculpt and body, we’ve already mentioned that it is a clone of the original 2016 version, which has a 1.5 body type, where its biggest flaw was keeping the legs from the 1.0 type, which were already outdated in 2016. That flaw could have been fixed with this exclusive edition, but Tamashii disappointed us.
This character, first introduced in Dragon Ball Super, has not had any figure with new sculpting and body up to today (2025), and that is something fans have been hoping for: a new version with a 3.0 or 4.0 body.
From listacompletade.com, despite its flaws, it is a figure we recommend if you find it at a good price, whether this exclusive event version or the 2016 one, as it is the only SHF Bills figure available.
