This S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan Rosé Gokou Black 'Event Exclusive Color Edition' is an exclusive release for events like SDCC or NYCC in 2019. The figure reuses the mold from the 2018 version but comes with some different accessories and includes only the transformed SSJ Rosé hair. In exchange, it offers more faceplates for this transformation.
This articulated figure 'Gokou Black Super Saiyan Rosé -Event Exclusive Color Edition-' was released exclusively for sale at events hosted by DB World Adventure, such as SDCC or NYCC, in 2019. It is also the 72nd release in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This is the second release of this character by Tamashii Nations. The first figure was released in 2018, and it differs from this one in the accessories and colors. The biggest difference is that the first version included a double hair sculpt. Then, in 2021, the figure was re-released with different color tones and fewer accessories; this latest version was a regular release.
Its sculpt is 100% reused, and its articulation architecture is 2.0. The new feature compared to the first version is that the outfit has purple shading, and the hair is glossy. As for accessories, this figure includes a Ki aura effect, instead of a Kamehameha effect.
According to listacompletade.com, this figure is only recommended for completists, as the 2021 version is a regular release, cheaper, and although it comes with fewer accessories, it serves the same purpose as this one.
