This 2021 S.H. Figuarts 'Super Saiyan Fullpower Son Goku' is the second version of the SSJ Goku that fought Cell in DBZ. The previous version featured the 1.0 body, but this edition reuses the 2.0 body of SSJ3 Goku with new sculpted hair and faces, giving us a regular release figure at a very reasonable launch price.
This articulated figure 'Super Saiyan Fullpower Son Goku' was released in 2021 as a regular release and has had several re-stocks over the years. It is also the 102nd figure in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This is the second version of this character in SSJ form, representing the Cell Saga in DBZ. It is distinguished by the absence of kanji on the outfit and its type of belt.
The first version of this figure featured a 1.0 body and had two releases in 2010 and 2011 (for SDCC). This new version is much better than those first two.
Its design and sculpt reuse the 2.0 body from the 2017 Goku SSJ3, with a new sculpt for the hair and faces (which turned out somewhat 'meh'). The accessories are limited, but it includes the basics for a regular figure: some hands and faces.
In 2024, an effects set for this figure was released, called 'Super Saiyan Son Goku's Effect Parts Set (Teleport Kamehameha)', with ki aura, flight accessories, and Kame-Hame-Ha effects.
This representation of 'Goku from the Android and Cell Saga' will have (until 2025) three more releases: an 'Exclusive Edition' from events in 2023 with a 2.0 body, a 'Tamashii Shop Exclusive' from 2024, and in 2025, the one that beats all, a new version with a 4.0 body called 'The Games Being'.
From Listacompletade.com, we only recommend this figure for completionists, as the 2025 4.0 version is much better and also has a regular release.
