This S.H. Figuarts -Kyewi- from 2024 brings us this forgettable villain, rival of Vegeta, seen in the Namek saga of DBZ. The figure features a new design and sculpt, with particularly notable face sculpts. Its articulation system gives it a 2.5 body type. It doesn’t include many accessories, but one standout is a face and hand for the Vegeta 24,000 Power Level figure.
This articulated figure -Kyewi- was released in 2024 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being the 173rd figure in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
This is the first figure Tamashii has made of this forgettable villain, who appeared only once in Dragon Ball Z during the Namek Saga. For those who don’t remember, he is presented as a "rival" to Vegeta, with power levels "even." Vegeta eventually surpasses and defeats him on Namek.
The design and sculpt are completely new, with highly detailed sculpting—his skin has sculpted bumps, and the heads are among the best in the entire collection. The articulation system combines 3.0 (seen in the Ginyu Force figures) for the armor and shoulders, and 2.0 for the legs and hips, giving a 2.0 body type.
The accessories are minimal, with only a few hands and some faces. It does include 2 scouters, but these fit only 2 of the 4 heads. Notably, it includes a face and hand for the Vegeta ‘24,000 Power Level’ figure to represent the moment he defeats his rival.
At listacompletade.com, we would recommend this figure to everyone, as it is great, but given the character’s low relevance, it might be overlooked by many collectors. Also, it’s designed to be paired with the Vegeta 24,000 figure.
