This S.H. Figuarts 'Son Gohan -Kid Era-', released in 2020, brings us the Gohan seen during the Saiyan and Namek sagas. It reuses much of the Kid Goku body, adapted to Gohan's design, and while it doesn't include any standout accessories, it does feature two interchangeable hairstyles—each representing his look from one of the sagas.
This articulated figure of Son Gohan "Kid Era" was released in 2020 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, making it figure number 95 in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
Among all Gohan figures, this is the only one to date (2025) that features the version we saw in DBZ during the Saiyan and Namek sagas. That's why he's depicted in his first outfit, the one Piccolo gives him, which he wears in the battle against Vegeta and Nappa, and during the early part of the Namek arc—before switching to the battle armor (a figure that was released in 2022).
Its design and sculpt reuse the Kid 1.0 articulation system and base body seen in the 2018 Kid Goku figure, with modifications to the neck, belt, and feet to match Gohan's uniform. The faces and hairpieces, however, are completely new.
In terms of accessories, it’s quite complete: many hands, a good range of faceplates, a Namekian Dragon Ball, and a Dragon Radar. But the standout feature is the dual hairstyles—long hair representing the Saiyan saga, and short hair for the Namek saga.
One drawback is the scale, just like with most Kid figures released before this SHF. They tend to be a bit too tall and have oversized heads.
At listacompletade.com, we recommend this figure since it remains the only one of this character in these appearances. But with some hope, and considering the new articulation system created for the Daima mini figures, a better updated version will likely come in the future.
