This 2025 S.H. Figuarts 'Medical Machine' release for the figure Son Goku “A Saiyan Raised on Earth” includes a set of accessories to recreate a diorama where our protagonist is healing from the injuries caused after the battle against Captain Ginyu. The machine includes a lighting system, as well as 2 faces and a hair piece for Goku.
This Medical Machine diorama accessory set was released in 2025 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being the second diorama set the brand launched for the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This diorama is based on Dragon Ball Z, the Namek saga, specifically after defeating Captain Ginyu, when Vegeta decides they should heal Goku in one of the medical machines inside Frieza’s spaceship. Goku is placed inside to recover, and Vegeta gives battle armor to Krillin and Gohan.
The machine’s design and sculpt are completely original, and its scale is practically perfect for many. The window is translucent with printed bubbles to give the effect of being flooded inside. The button on its door is functional and changes the machine’s internal lighting system—yes, the machine has lights to enhance realism.
The machine is meant to be used with the 2018 Son Goku “A Saiyan Raised on Earth” figure, as it includes 2 faces and a hair piece with an underwater effect for that figure. (It can be used with other Goku 2.0 figures, but skin tone might not match.)
From listacompletade.com, this accessory is recommended only for completists and fans of the Namek saga, since, although its design and effects are good, it’s a “big bulky item” that might not fit on all shelves.
