Her design and sculpt are completely new, her articulation system is 3.0, very well implemented, and she even comes with a ki attack.

This articulated figure – Android 21 "Lab Coat" – was released in 2022 as an Exclusive Edition to commemorate the DB Games Battle Hour that year; it is also figure number 132 in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
This is the second figure the brand has released of this character, the main villain of the fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ. The first figure was the 'Android no.21' Majin version from 2019. It is also the third figure released from the video game series, with the third being SSJ Son Goku Clone from 2021, which was also exclusive to the DB Games Battle Hour.
The figure’s design and sculpt are completely new in all aspects, with a very good result; it uses the 3.0 articulation system, although the knees are from the 1.0 female figures, but overall it works very well—especially because many parts of the skirts and coat are made of soft rubber, allowing for greater mobility.
Regarding accessories, it’s a very complete figure: many hands, several faces, crossed arms, a ki attack effect, and removable glasses—what more could you ask for?
