This 2023 S.H. Figuarts - Tulece figure brings us the first evil version of Goku, originally from the 90s DBZ movies, also known as Turles. It features an entirely new sculpt and uses a 3.0 body for its articulation. Additionally, it comes loaded with interchangeable accessories, including a ki blast, a cape, and the Tree of Might fruit.
This articulated figure – Tulece – was released in 2023 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being the 141st figure in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
This is the first (and only, as of 2025) figure that the brand has released of this character, Turles, a villain from the Dragon Ball Z movies of the 1990s. It is also the third release of a villain from those movies: the first was Broly (released in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2025), the second was Cooler in his final form (in 2021 and 2025). Years later, they released a fourth villain figure from the DBZ movies—once again Cooler, but this time as Metal Cooler in 2023.
The design and sculpt are entirely new for this figure, and the finish is truly top-notch. Regarding its articulation structure, it features a 3.0 body with the same shoulder system used in the 2019 Broly "Super" figure, which allows greater freedom of movement in the butterfly joint and provides a much more aesthetic appearance.
As for accessories, it comes with more than enough hands and faces, but the real highlights are: a hand holding the Tree of Might fruit, a soft plastic cape, crossed arms, and a ki effect piece.
From listacompletade.com, this is a figure we can recommend to everyone—provided you can find it at a good price. However, do keep in mind that this is a non-canon character.
