This S.H. Figuarts Tenshinhan was released in 2017 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive. It was the first figure the brand released of this character and was based on the Saiyan Saga for this initial version. It featured a 100% new sculpt, a 2.0 body, and among its accessories, the only one that stands out is a static Chaoz figure, meant to be posed on Nappa’s back.
This Tenshinhan figure was released in 2017 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive and is the 47th release in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
It is the first figure the brand has released of this character, and this first version is based on DBZ, the Saiyan Saga. The second figure was released years later in 2021 and is based on the Androids and Cell Saga. The differences are in the faces, and the 2021 version includes a half chest plate and a fully articulated Chaoz figure.
The sculpt is 100% new, with 2.0 type joints, and its accessories are the essentials, including the symmetrical hands for the Ki Ko Ho and the right hand for the same attack, representing the exact moment when Nappa has already torn off his left hand, so he uses only the right.
This figure includes an extra static, scaled Chaoz figure, but it is more of a complement for the Nappa figure from the same year, being static and in the pose of being placed on Nappa’s back before it explodes.
From Listacompletade.com, we only recommend this figure if you’re looking for Tenshinhan without his chest plate, as the 2021 figure is much better due to the articulated Chaoz.
