This articulated 'Jiren' figure was released in 2020 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being the 79th figure in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
This is the first figure released by the brand of this character from Dragon Ball Super's 'Tournament of Power' arc. That’s why this figure features a 100% new mold and sculpt, which turned out excellently.
The figure includes some really great accessories, with enough hands and heads, but the standout items are a right fist in a yellowish color with translucent plastic that creates a power effect, a ki effect that attaches to the fists, and a hand designed to hold a lock of hair for the 2019 Goku SSJ Blue figure.
In terms of mobility, it’s worth noting that this is the first figure from the brand to feature a 100% 3.0 articulation system, including the new butterfly joint, the new arm system, and the new hip and leg joints. All of this makes it a figure with unprecedented mobility.
A few months after the release of this figure, they launched the 'Final Battle' version, which features battle damage, no shirt, and more exaggerated musculature. In 2024, they released another event-exclusive version of Jiren with battle damage.
