This 2018 Frieza figure is the second S.H. Figuarts of this character in this transformation. It reuses the sculpting and some accessories from the 2013 version, but improves on some paint defects, with new facial expressions, one of them featuring a halo to represent his appearance in DB Super.
This Frieza figure in his fourth transformation was released in 2018 as a regular release and is the 50th figure in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This is the second version Tamashii Nations has brought us of this villain in this transformation. The first was released in 2013 and was based on DBZ, while this one is based on both DBZ and DB Super.
To clarify, this figure reuses the mold, sculpting, and almost all accessories from the 2013 version. In fact, the 2013 version includes more accessories, specifically a diorama base in the shape of a rock and feet that place on that rock. Another difference between the two versions is that this one doesn't include the head with the closed eye. Instead, it has a head to place a halo on. However, it does include the same double tail and two ki attack effects.
We mentioned that it reuses the sculpting, but it has been slightly improved in terms of paint, which can be noticed in the shoulder joints, now purple and more discreet. The paint on the faces is also slightly better.
From listacompletade.com, we recommend this figure whenever you find it at a good price, as besides the 2013 version, in 2022 another version was released that also reuses the sculpting, improves the paint slightly, but comes with fewer accessories (and is also cheaper).
