This Super Saiyan Gotenks S.H. Figuarts from 2018, released as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, is the first figure of the fusion between Goten and Trunks, based on the Majin Buu Saga from DBZ. It features a 2.0 body and a good sculpt; among its accessories, the ki blasts and a Kamikaze Ghost stand out. However, flaws like the poor scaling and other factors made it less popular.
This articulated "Super Saiyan Gotenks" figure was released in 2018 as a regular release and was the 59th launch in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This is the first and only figure of this character that the brand has released up to now (2025), and as expected, it is based on the Majin Buu Saga from DBZ.
For its sculpt, they used the 2.0 body system, but with a simple single-joint elbow instead of a double one. The sculpting is very good and faithful to the manga and anime, and the accessories are quite complete; the highlights are a ki blast and a Kamikaze Ghost.
Despite this, the figure wasn't very popular, as many fans expected a base form hairstyle, others disliked the color difference between the chest and the rest of the body, and the worst part: it’s a child character figure with very poor scaling — it’s taller than Kid Goku and reaches Piccolo’s shoulders. For this figure, Tamashii sacrificed scale in favor of better articulation.
From listacompletade.com, we only recommend this figure to completionists and fans of the fusion, as sooner or later a new version of this character will be released with the latest articulation and proper scaling technologies.
