This 2022 S.H. Figuarts 'Krillin -Earth’s Strongest Man-' is the second version of this character in his Turtle School outfit, upgrading from a 1.0 body to a 3.0. The figure features an entirely new and improved sculpt, with better scale, and its ki accessory—the Kienzan—is of much higher quality compared to the previous release.
This articulated figure of Krillin "Earth’s Strongest Man" was released in 2022 as a regular edition and has seen several re-stocks over the years. It is figure number 118 in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
This marks the third release and figure of Goku’s best friend by Tamashii Nations. It is also the second version of DBZ-era Krillin in his Turtle School outfit; the first being the 2013 Krillin, whose 1.0 body and sculpt are now quite outdated.
This new version features a completely redesigned sculpt, now incorporating the 3.0 articulation system, which greatly improves both mobility and aesthetics compared to the first version. The scale has also been slightly improved.
Its accessories easily surpass those of the 2013 version. While it includes the same number of hands, heads, and a ki effect, the new ki effect—his iconic Kienzan—is made of a much sturdier and better-sculpted hard plastic, unlike the lower-quality plastic used before. It also includes a unique left hand holding a bag of Senzu Beans.
Beyond the 2013 version, there are two other Krillin figures available as of 2025: the 2018 "Kid Krillin," and the 2022 "Krillin in Armor" from the Namek saga.
At listacompletade.com, we recommend this figure to everyone—especially if you can find it at a good price—since it’s an iconic character and remains the best version of Krillin in this outfit up to 2025.
