This 2025 S.H. Figuarts - Zarbon 'True Power' brings us Zarbon transformed into his monstrous or “toad” form, in which he reaches his maximum power. The figure features a completely new design and sculpt, which is the highlight of the release. It uses the 3.0 body articulation system, and the shoulder pads use the “improved system.” There are no notable accessories included.
This articulated figure – Zarbon 'True Power' – was released in 2025 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive and is figure number 190 in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
It is the second figure the brand has released of this character from Dragon Ball Z’s Namek saga, one of Frieza’s lieutenants. The first was - Zarbon - in 2022, showing the character in his 'normal' or handsome form. This new release brings us his monstrous or 'toad-like' transformation, where he increases his power and defeats Vegeta—before Vegeta recovers and gains a Zenkai boost to ultimately defeat him.
The design and sculpt are 100% original—and very well done. All the skin bumps are sculpted, and the face details are exceptional in quality and precision. It features the 3.0 articulation system, which works very well, and the shoulder armor uses the 'improved system' with a single anchor point, first seen in the 2023 - Tulece - figure.
In terms of accessories, it’s not especially notable: it includes enough hands and faces to strike any pose, but nothing extra.
From listacompletade.com, we only recommend this figure to completists, those who already have the 'handsome' Zarbon version, and DBZ fans—because while it seems to be a very good figure, Zarbon’s presence in Dragon Ball was relatively minor.
