This 2025 S.H. Figuarts Vegeta ‘Older Style Battle Clothes’ brings us the Prince of the Saiyans with the second armor he wore in DBZ during the Namek saga. It’s a figure that reuses much of the 2.0 body and accessories from the Vegeta 24,000, with a different armor matching the design, as well as new faces and a new hair sculpt.
This articulated Vegeta ‘Older Style Battle Clothes’ figure was released in 2025 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, being figure number 186 in the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball collection.
Among all Vegeta figures released by the time this figure came out, there are only 2 models based on the Namek saga of Dragon Ball Z. The first is Vegeta ‘24,000 Power Level’, released in 2024, and the second is this one, showing Vegeta with the two armors or outfits he wore in that saga.
The design and sculpt of this figure reuse legs, groin, and arms from other Vegeta 2.0 figures, but the armor design is based on Vegeta 24,000’s, being wider and lower, resulting in a shorter Vegeta more in scale with Goku. The armor, faces, and hair have a completely new design.
Its crossed-arms accessory is the same seen on Vegeta 24,000, which attaches directly to the butterfly joint and splits in half. The number of faces and hands is typical, but what stands out in accessories is the possibility to change the armor: from a complete new one to a battle-damaged one. Each armor consists of 4 pieces: two front and two back, placed on the chest joint.
From listacompletade.com, this is a figure we recommend if you find it at a good price, especially if you’re a fan of Vegeta or the Namek saga, as it represents one of the character’s most epic early moments, where, crying, he asks Goku to avenge his race just before being killed by Frieza.
